Do you only work in Florida?
No — we sell gas stations in every state. Through our broker network, we have a broker of record licensed in all 50 states, with Michael as the broker of record for Florida. We're currently working on deals in Florida, South Carolina, Massachusetts, Texas, Nevada, and California. Our buyer network extends into Canada, Mexico, Central America, and South America. Most of the large multi-site operators in this industry are already our clients.
What's your commission structure?
Standard brokerage commissions on completed transactions. We'll discuss fees transparently before you commit to anything. No surprises.
